How was your weekend ?
This morning I went to Jember University to join a healty walking. hehe I can say it, "Jalan Sehat" or jogging. But now I will share my activity in long time ago. It is because I was very lazy to update this lovely blog. *give me a spirit* hehe.. :D
In the evening, I bought a kind of fruit, "Srikaya". I dunno what the name of "srikaya" in english, but I guess that the name is same. Srikaya is rich of antioxidant. That makes our body health because it can protect our cell from some free radical compounds. :)
